In Appreciation of Our Founders

The RSS Investment Counsel team is guided by the enduring vision of our founders, Barbara G. Rosenblum and Phyllis R. Sutton.

Starting the firm in 1984, the pair co-managed client investment portfolios, specializing in growth stock investing for more than three decades before Barbara retired. Phyllis continued to lead the RSS team serving as the firm’s chief portfolio manager and heading the firm’s Investment Policy Committee until her retirement in 2024.

We are grateful for their example of unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and are committed to delivering nothing less.
